I bought two vehicles from sunrisemotores about a year ago and the fuel pump went out in my 2012 dodge 2 months after, warranty covered it no problem at a shop in chico with a new fuel pump otherwise I've had no issues with my truck. Matt and everyone else there have been helpful and friendly, and I'm sure I'll be getting a 3rd car from them in the next few months, if you want a new car, spend the money and go get one. Last I checked it's a used car lot.

My husband and I recently purchased my first used truck from Sunrise motors. When we went and looked at the truck we test drove it to my mechanic. He looked it over and was unable to find anything wrong except for 1 leaky transmission line. And it was barely leaking. We decided it was a good buy. After having it for a few short weeks it starting having problems. I took it back to Sunrise where the service department looked at it and was able to fix it in no time. A week later it acted up again. I took it back to sunrise. They fixed it and said it might be 1 other thing to let them know how it does. My dad is a mechanic so I know that sometimes it's hard to find the problem. The car doesn't always "act up" when it's in the shop. I know how frustrating that might be but the mechanic doesn't just open the hood and look at all those little parts and see a problem. There isn't a machine that plugs into the vehicle and tell you exactly what's wrong. It could be anything from a loose wire to a major part. A few days later we loaded all of our gear and hooked up our trailer to go camping. Unfortunately when we were leaving town the truck acted up again. We called Josh at Sunrise motors and said it's acting up we are on our way over can you look at it? He figured it was the part that we talked about when I picked it up. He was able to get the part to the shop before we made it there. It took them 30 short minutes with all of our gear in the truck and a 28 foot trailer hook to the back end of it. But they got it fixed! We were able to make our trip, the truck did great! When you buy a used vehicle from anyone you have to know that things happen. Even if you buy a brand new vehicle off the show room floor they have problems. There are to many moving parts. Look how many new vehicles have recalls. Everyone at Sunrise was very helpful from Matt our salesman, Josh in the service department, and Ezra the owner. They went above and beyond to help fix the problem.

On 1/2/16 we arrived at Sunrise Motors early in the morning. We were allowed the time and privacy to walk the lot, stalker free. When we were ready to test drive Robert greeted us with a smile and assisted us with no hassles. Once we found the vehicle that would fit our needs, Robert was awesome at helping us get the right loan. My husband and I have bought many vehicles in our life time, and know how daunting the experience can be. So when we say that shopping at Sunrise Motors was five star experiences we are truly praising the staff. As everyone knows buying a vehicle can be a time consuming experience and with young children and can make for a rough morning. The staff at Sunrise was more than accommodating in surrendering the TV to the children and allowing them to color. Robert humored my husband, while my husband told him about the movie Fly Wheel and asking him if he was right with God. Thank you, Robert and Sunrise Staff for the good car shopping experience.

Jim was great to work with and Billy got us a 2.99% interest rate! Had a small issue with an item not covered under the standard warranty. Service department was honest, friendly, did not charge me for diagnosis and gave me a discount on the labor! Also, the service manager, Josh, was able to get me some solid history on the bulletproofing that was done to my F350 6.0 Deisel. Turns out they rebuilt the entire motor in my truck and bulletproofed it before it ever hit the lot. I would recommend coming to Sunrise motors for your "used" car needs and I'm a hard sell. They didnt even flinch when I showed up with my creeper and a flashlight and spent 20 minutes crawling around under the trucks I was looking at!
